How to make
The day before, marinate seed onions and the carrots, cut into thick circles, in equal amounts of water and vinegar with a little salt.
When they have marinated overnight, taste them and if they are too sour for you, rinse them with clean water and soak them in olive oil for a few hours.
Get wooden skewers and string them according to your imagination cucumbers, tomato, onion and carrot. Alternate them as you like and before serving, sprinkle with olive oil and salt, if necessary.
Extremely fresh bites suitable for white wine or rosé.
And although they are vegetables, because they are sour they make good company even for beer.
