How to make
The small homemade whole grain buns are cut in half, so that we can use a round slice from the bottom part (we will not use the tops).
We can replace them with slices of oblong whole grain bread (baguette).
Spread the small round slices with butter and then with homemade lutenitsa (finely ground).
On top of each mini pizza, stack the ingredients one on top of the other (as in the picture) – a square piece of white cheese (or yellow cheese), a slice of pickle and pieces of Kalamata olives (natural).
Sprinkle with savory herb and raw sunflower seeds on top, which add a very pleasant crunch.
