  • leeks - 7 oz (200 g)
  • garlic - 3 cloves
  • celery - 1.8 oz (50 g)
  • rice - 7.4 oz (210 g)
  • paprika - 1 tbsp.
  • spearmint - 1 tbsp.
  • tomato juice - 1 tbsp.
  • olive oil
  • water - 4/5 cup (200 ml)
  • vegetable broth - 1 1/5 cups (300 ml)
  • salt
  • black pepper - to taste
  • sauerkraut juice - for pouring

How to make

Finely chop the leeks, dice he celery, finely chop the garlic and stew it in 50 ml of oil.

Add the rice for 5 minutes, by stirring.

Add the tomato juice, garlic and paprika. Stir for 5 minutes and add the vegetable broth.

Boil for 5 minutes, add salt and black pepper to taste.
