Ingredients

  • duck breast - 1.8 lb (800 g)
  • onion - 3 onions
  • mushrooms - 1.1 lb (500 g)
  • flour - 2 tbsp.
  • chicken broth - 2 cups (500 ml)
  • white wine - 4/5 cup (200 ml)
  • garlic - 4 - 5 cloves
  • salt
  • black pepper
  • cream - 1 1/5 cups (300 ml)

How to make

Fry the diced duck breast in the already melted butter.

Add finely chopped onion and garlic to them. Fry until golden. Add the cleaned and sliced mushrooms.

After the mushrooms are cooked, add the flour. Fry briefly and add the chicken broth, cream and wine.

Leave it until it boils and remove it from the heat.
