  • filo pastry sheets - 12 sheets

  • butter - 3.5 oz (100 g)
  • oil - 2 tbsp.
  • sour cream - 1 cup (250 ml)
  • white cheese - 9 oz (250 g)
  • salt - by taste

How to make

My filo pastry pie with white cheese and cream will become your favorite!

For the stuffing: Put the butter in a pan and melt it. Add oil, sour cream, mix and remove it from the heat.

Take one filo pastry pie sheet, spread the prepared mixture on it - stack a total of 4 sheets on top of each other. On the fourth greased one, put some crumbled white cheese at one end and if necessary, add salt. Roll it up. Repeat the procedure with the remaining material.

Cut the finished filo pastry pie into pieces of the desired size and arrange them on a tray lined with baking paper.

Pour the remaining mixture over the white cheese filo pastry pie.

Bake in a well-heated oven at 360°F (180°C) for 30 minutes.

Cover the baked filo pastry pie with a clean kitchen towel and leave it to cool.

Serve the cream filo pastry pie while it is still warm.
