How to make
The bread rolls are cut in half (I used ciabatta) and their bottom half is spread with cream cheese.
The green leaves are torn and placed on top of the cream cheese. Next up is a thin slice of ham and on top of it a row of cucumber cut into circles and a row of radishes cut in the same way.
Finish off with a sliced boiled egg.
The ham sandwiches are sprinkled with finely chopped spring onions.
If the cold sandwich seems too dry to you, it mayonnaise can be added to it or another type of sauce if desired.
Cover with the remaining half of the bread and the cold spring sandwiches are ready to be served.
