  • ciabatta bread - 1 pc.
  • egg - 1 pc.
  • halloumi - about 1.1 oz (30 g)
  • bacon - about 1.1 oz (30 g)
  • tomatoes - 2 circles
  • spring onions
  • cheddar
  • hummus
  • sauce - garlic or ranch
  • salt

How to make

The egg is fried in a little fat.

Cut the cheese into 3 slices. Cook the bacon and haloumi cheese in a grill pan.

Finely chop the spring onions.

The ciabatta bread is cut in half lengthwise and the two halves on the inside are grilled on the heated grill pan.

To assemble the sandwich, the bottom half of the bread is spread with hummus. Place the fried egg on top and lightly sprinkle with salt.
