How to make
Peel the eggplants, cut them into thin pieces and salt them - leave them like this for about 20 minutes.
Wash them from the bitterness and dry them.
Arrange them in a baking pan and bake them at 360°F (180°C) for about 10 minutes, until they soften.
In the pie mold, transfer some of the eggplant.
Crumble the feta cheese on top and sprinkle with the chopped spring onion.
Mix the sour cream, flour and eggs in a bowl and pour them over the eggplants.
Bake the savory pie for about 20 minutes at 390°F (200°C).
Then arrange the rest of the eggplants and bake again.
