How to make
Debone the drumsticks and cut them into bite size pieces. Heat the olive oil and fry the meat.
Add the cleaned spinach and stir, until it is blanched and it has reduced in volume.
Add the raisins, nuts, as much salt as you like and fry for a few seconds, while stirring.
Transfer the mixture into a baking dish and pour the bechamel over it.
Grate the yellow cheese and put the dish in the oven.
Bake the casserole at 390°F (200°C), until it aquires a golden color.
