"Delicious rabbit with mushrooms and potatoes"

Ingredients

  • potatoes - 6 pcs.
  • rabbit - 1 medium - sized
  • garlic - 3 cloves
  • mushrooms - 7 oz (200 g)
  • white wine - 4/5 cup (200 ml)
  • onion - 2 onions
  • paprika - 1/2 tbsp.
  • bay leaf - 3 pcs.
  • carrots - 1 pc.
  • butter - 3 tbsp.
  • salt
  • black pepper - 1/4 tsp.

How to make

Peel and slice the onion and put in clay guvec pot.

Add the chopped carrot, potatoes and mushrooms, as well as the whole cloves of garlic. Add salt and mix.

Cut the rabbit into portions and season it with black pepper, paprika and salt. Arrange it on top of vegetables.

Put the wine, a little water and the bay leaf in the guvec pot. Cut the butter into pieces and spread it over the meat.

Close the guvec pot and put the rabbit to bake for 90 minutes at 430°F (220°C). Before it's done, the lid is removed, so that a delicious stewed rabbit can be obtained.
