Ingredients

  • milk - 4/5 cup (200 ml)
  • eggs - 3 pcs
  • sugar - 12 tbsp.
  • yeast - 7 g (dry)
  • flour - 1.3 lb (600 g)
  • oil - 3 1/3 tbsp (50 ml)
  • butter - 1.8 oz (50 g)
  • salt - a pinch
  • lemon peel
  • vanilla - 1 pc.
  • liquid chocolate - Nutella
  • almonds
  • for spreading
  • egg yolks - 1 pc.
  • oil - 1 tbsp.
  • milk - 1 tbsp.

How to make

Put the ingredients in the bread maker in order. First the liquid ingredients, the dry and lastly the yeast without the oil.

Start the dough program and leave it to mix.

Just before it stops, add the oil in small amounts, until it is completely absorbed.

Leave it in the bread maker to rise. Turn it off and remove the dough. Divide it into 3 equal parts.

Form rectangles with your hands. Spread the long part with Nutella and roll them up.

Braid the Easter bread with the three strips and place it in a baking tray lined with baking paper.

Leave the Easter bread to rise again in a warm place.

Spread it with the yolk, oil and milk.

Decorate the Easter bread with liquid chocolate if you like.

Bake the easy Easter bread with Nutella in a preheated oven at 360°F (180°C), until it is fully baked.
