How to make
The sauce is prepared in advance, by stewing finely chopped onion, garlic and carrot in a heated pan with fat. After they soften, the minced meat is added to them.
Stir, until the meat turns white, then add the tomato puree, half a cup of ground canned tomatoes, salt by taste, sugar, oregano, basil, black pepper and chili.
After stirring for a short while, the sauce is transferred into the ceramic pot of the slow cooker.
The spaghetti is broken in half to fit in the pot, poured with the vegetable broth and the remaining tomatoes.
The grated parmesan is sprinkled on top. The appliance is switched on and the spaghetti is left to cook for 3 hours, after which it is ready to be served.
This spaghetti with pork turn out delicious.
