How to make
The biscuits are crushed and mixed with the melted butter. The mixture is distributed on the bottom of a mold and left to cool.
The gelatin is prepared, by following the instructions on the package.
Mash the cheese, add the sugar, pineapple juice and sour cream. Finally, the gelatin is added and the mixture is whipped into a smooth cream.
Arrange half of the pineapple on top of the base and cover it with the cream. As soon as the cream turns into jelly, place the remaining pineapple on top.
The cheesecake is refrigerated for 4-5 hours.
