How to make
Shape the chicken breasts with a knife into chicken steaks, by being careful not to make them too thin.
Put them in a bowl, add salt, black pepper, paprika and all-purpose seasoning - 1 tbsp.
Add oil and mix the chicken steaks to coat all of them. The oil should cover the chicken steaks. Put cling film and leave them in the fridge for more than 12 hours.
When they have been left long enough, you can cook them. Place a grill pan on the stove to heat over high heat.
Once the pan is hot enough, add the chicken steaks, but be sure to add the marinade with them. Seal the chicken steaks on both sides, they don't need much. They just need to be lightly cooked.
