How to make
Beat the egg in one plate and put the breadcrumbs in another. Wash the fillets and sprinkle them with salt on both sides. Leave them for half an hour.
Dip them, first, in the egg, then roll both sides in the breadcrumbs.
Turn the fryer on the air fry program to heat up. For me, this program is 200°C for 20 minutes. Three minutes is enough.
Arrange them on the grill of the fryer. Spread with olive oil, by using a silicone brush.
Cover and bake for 10 minutes, or until the breaded fish is fully cooked.
Don't trust the time. I advise you during cooking to open and monitor the process.
If necessary, turn the breaded hake in the air fryer and continue the program.
