Ingredients

  • beef - 1.1 lb (500 g)
  • onion - 2 onions
  • garlic 2 - 3 cloves
  • red wine - 1/2 cup
  • tomato puree - 2 tbsp.
  • bay leaf
  • black pepper
  • paprika
  • oil
  • flour - 2 tbsp. to thicken the sauce
  • Mashed potatoes
  • potatoes - 3 - 4 boiled
  • butter - 1.8 oz (50 g)
  • milk - 1.8 oz (50 g)

How to make

The meat is cut into cubes and it is salted. The garlic is pressed and spread over the meat and half of the wine is poured, mixed well and left for about 1 hour.

The onion is cut into small pieces and fried. Add the meat. Fry, until you seal it.

Add the tomato puree, the paprika, the remaining wine, the bay leaf and the black peppercorns.

The kebab is diluted with water and it is boiled, until the meat is fully cooked.

The flour is diluted with a little water and poured into the sauce, by stirring constantly.

The wine kebab with beef and mashed potatoes is ready.
