  • tomato sauce - 3 tbsp.

How to make

Prepare the steaks - you can also make them, by deboning chicken thighs. Whether you buy them ready-made or make them yourself - the effect is the same.

If desired, remove the skins.

In a bowl, dissolve the tomato sauce with Teriyaki Sauce, add as much salt, black pepper and universal barbecue seasoning as you like.

Mix the ingredients and put the steaks in them - the marinade should cover them. Cover the bowl with foil and leave it for about 30 minutes to marinate.
