How to make
In a bowl, crumble the white cheese. Add the cream cheese, crushed garlic and black pepper.
Mix well. Finely chop the dill and grate the yellow cheese.
Put the paprika, yellow cheese and dill into three plates. Form balls from the mixture with wet hands (if desired, you can place a walnut in the middle).
Roll one part in paprika, one part in dill and one part in yellow cheese. Leave them in the fridge for 1 hour. On a plate, arrange the balls in the form of a wreath.
Garnish with dill sprigs, dried peppers and leeks.
A great appetizer, both for cold brandy and homemade red wine.
