The sugar is heated in the oven for 5 minutes at 180°F (80°C).
Spread the bowl and mixer stirrers with lemon juice and beat the egg whites on high speed for 2 minutes.
The warm sugar is gradually added to the egg whites, on the 5th minute the citric acid is added and the beating continues for another 10 minutes.

A piping bag and different tips are used to shape the meringues into flowers and leaves.
They are dried at 160°F (70°C) for 2 hours with a fan.
