How to make

Clean and fillet the fish. Season it with the fish seasoning and soy sauce and set it aside.

While the fish is marinating, peel, wash and chop the potatoes into chunks. Clean the onion and cut it into slices, clean the garlic and cut it thinly.

Put the oil, potatoes and onion slices in a baking pan, season with salt and black pepper and mix. Place the seasoned fish fillets on top and arrange the thinly sliced garlic.

Bake in a preheated oven at 480°F (250°C) for 40-45 minutes, by initially covering the baking pan with aluminum foil, which you remove towards the end so that the fish and potatoes form a golden crust.

Serve the baked fish on a plate, garnish it with lemon slices, which are about 0.4″ (1 cm) thick.

Enjoy your meal!
