How to make
Sauté the finely chopped onions and thin slices of carrot in a small pot with 1-2 tablespoons of oil and a little water. Transfer this to an oven dish and add the peas, chopped pepper and pickles.
Pour in the tomato juice, add spices to it. Clean the fish of its head, tail and viscera of the abdominal cavity. Wash them well, cut them into coarse rings, add salt and arrange in the oven dish with the other products.
Sprinkle it with 2-3 tablespoons of oil and bake in a preheated oven on medium heat for about 40 minutes.
