Ingredients

  • olive oil - 1/5 cup (70 ml) or oil
  • pilaf - 9 oz (250 g) (mixture of bulgur and fried noodles, ready - made mixture)
  • onion - 2 onions
  • garlic - 3 cloves
  • prunes - 3.5 oz (100 g)
  • mushrooms - 0.9 lb (400 g)
  • carrots - 1 pc.
  • water - 2 cups (500 ml) (approximately)
  • butter - 1.1 oz (30 g)
  • salt
  • black pepper
  • white pepper
  • parsley

How to make

Pour the fat into a suitable container along with the finely chopped onion, garlic and carrot.

They are stewed, until they're ready.

Then add the chopped mushrooms and pilaf mixture to them, fry briefly, season and pour hot water to cover the products, close the pot with a lid and boil, until the products are fully cooked.

Serve the pilaf with butter and sprinkle it with finely chopped parsley.

It can be eaten on its own or as a side dish for something meaty, in our case chicken wings.
