How to make
Clean the rose petals and wash them. Strain them and put them in a jar.
Pour the boiling water over them and close them tightly with a lid. Leave them like that overnight. Then strain the liquid.
Make a syrup from the water and sugar. Boil it for about 10 minutes. Add the lemon juice and leave it to cool. Add the rose juice to the cooled syrup.
Stir and distribute it into tightly closed bottles.
It lasts about 1 month in the fridge. You can also sterilize it for 5 minutes.
The aromatic rose syrup is ready.
