How to make
First, make a pancake mix and bake them in the standard way.
In a pan on the stove, add a little oil and finely chopped onion and finely chopped red pepper. Fry them and add the minced meat. After it is also fried, add salt, black pepper, paprika, tomato paste, mix and pour about 2/5 cup (100 ml) of water. Leave the mixture it boil for 5 minutes and remove it from the heat.
Put a lump of butter in a small pot on the stove. Once melted, add flour and stir vigorously.
Leave it to fry for a minute and gradually pour the milk, by stirring constantly. Add salt, black pepper and nutmeg powder. Leave it to boil for about 1 minute, or until it has thickened. Remove it from the heat.
Turn on the oven at 390°F (200°C) with a fan.
Coarsely grate the yellow cheese on a grater.
Arrange everything in a 9″ (24 cm) baking pan (depending on the size of the pancakes you have made) or another suitable oven cookware.
First pour some (about 1 small ladle) of Béchamel sauce and spread it well on the bottom.
Add one pancake. Spread it with 2 tbsp. of Béchamel sauce.
Put a thin layer of minced meat on top of the sauce and sprinkle it with a little yellow cheese.
Add another pancake, sauce, minced meat, yellow cheese and so on, until you run out of products for our delicious lasagna.
Only sauce is poured over the last pancake and it is sprinkled with yellow cheese.
Bake the lasagna with pancakes and béchamel in a preheated oven for about 20 minutes.
