How to make
Peel and boil the potatoes. Mash them into a smooth puree. Add two eggs, one yolk, 80 g of flour, grated Parmesan and a pinch of savory herb to them. Add salt.
Mix the resulting mixture. Spread a piece of baking paper with the melted butter. Spread the puree into a rectangle.
Cut the mushrooms, put them in a pan with a lump of butter, a pinch of salt and a pinch of black pepper. Cover the dish and stew them for 10 minutes.
Spread the mushrooms over the mashed potatoes. Using the paper roll it up into a roll. Twist the ends of the paper like candy.
Place the roll in a large pot. Pour a glass of water, cover the pot and cook for about 35 minutes on low heat. Remove the savory roll, remove the paper and place it into a suitable plate.
Heat up a lump of butter, pour it over the roll and sprinkle with grated parmesan. Serve it with a salad of your choice!
