Ingredients

  • For 3 cups
  • linden flower - 1 - 2 pinches
  • water - 3 4/5 cups (900 ml)
  • brown cane sugar - 3 tsp.

How to make

Pour the linden flowers into a pot and cover them with hot water. Cover with a lid and leave them for a few minutes.

Pour the saturated herbal tea into three cups, by straining the flowers through a strainer.

Sweeten all three glasses with a spoonful of brown cane sugar and stir.

Serve the aromatic tea while it's hot!
