measures

How to make

Put the minced meat in a bowl, add an egg, a crushed clove of garlic, grated parmesan cheese, a pinch of parsley, a pinch of black pepper, a pinch of grated lemon peel.

Add the crumbled, soaked and squeezed bread. Knead the minced meat and leave it for 30 minutes, until the ingredients absorb into each other.

With a special tool, carve out the zucchini. Fill them with minced meat. If you have any left over, make small meatballs, which you can put in the tomato sauce.

Place the stuffed zucchini in a convenient pot. Pour the ground tomatoes and vegetable broth over them. Season with salt and a pinch of chopped basil.

Cover the pot and cook the dish for 25-30 minutes.

Remove the pot from the heat and then drizzle them with olive oil and crushed garlic cloves.

Serve the successful stuffed zucchini slightly chilled!
