How to make
The cake is quick to make and very easy, as well as delicious. From a piece of paper, cut out an apple-shaped template big enough to fit onto the cake layers! Cut two of them according to the template. From the third, cut a few petals and a stem.
Grate the apples on the finest grater, do not squeeze their juice, so that the cake layers will be soaked and juicy. Transfer them into a large bowl and sprinkle with 3 tbsp. crystal sugar.
Pour the mascarpone. Homogenize the resulting mixture very well.
In another bowl, whip the chilled cream. Use sweetened cream. Add the chocolate drops and mix gently.
Put one of the cake layers in a beautiful plate and spread the apple filling on top.
Place the second sponge cake layer and spread it with the whipped cream. Clean the red, green and yellow apples and remove their core. Cut thin circles and sprinkle with the juice of one lemon. This way the apples will not change color.
Arrange them on top of the fruit cake however you like. Sprinkle the cut petals with powdered sugar. Sprinkle the stem with cocoa and place it on the cake.
Wait 4-5 hours for the cake layers to flavor well and then cut it!
