  • mascarpone - 5.3 oz (150 g)
  • cream - 5.3 oz (150 g) confectionery
  • coffee - 1 cup (espresso)
  • rum essence - 1/2 ampoule

How to make

Beat the eggs with the sugar with a mixer.

The yogurt is added and the mixture is beaten. After that, the oil is beaten again.

The baking powder is mixed with the flour and added to the egg mixture a little at a time and mixed, until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.

The paper muffins cup are placed in muffin tin. Fill them halfway with the mixture.

Bake the cupcakes at 360°F (180°C) for 20 minutes.

The coffee is brewed and the rum is added to it. The cupcakes are covered with syrup.

Beat the cream and mascarpone with a mixer, until a creamy mixture is obtained.

Using a piping bag, pipe out the mixture onto the baked cupcakes.
