Bake the cupcakes at 360°F (180°C) for 20 minutes.
The coffee is brewed and the rum is added to it. The cupcakes are covered with syrup.
Beat the cream and mascarpone with a mixer, until a creamy mixture is obtained.
Using a piping bag, pipe out the mixture onto the baked cupcakes.
