How to make
Put the water on the stove and after it boils, add the semolina to it. Stir with a wire whisk, until it thickens. Remove it from the heat and pour the semolina into a bowl.
Peel the apricots, remove the pits and cut them into pieces. Put them in a bowl and blend them. Add the porridge to the semolina.
Peel the banana, mash it with a fork and pour it over the apricot puree.
Crumble a baby biscuit on top and serve it.
