How to make
Grate the peel of half a lemon (only the yellow part) on a fine grater.
In a bowl, mix the ricotta and sour cream. Add honey or sweetener of your choice and mix.
Add the lemon peel.
Prepare 3 dessert cups. Place 1 biscuit on the bottom of each cup.
Cover the biscuit with some of the cream, sprinkle with blueberries and repeat again with biscuit, cream and blueberries.
I also had fresh raspberries, which went very well with this dessert. If you also have a few leaves of fresh mint, they will be a great addition.
Put the fruit creams in the fridge for 2 hours to chill and you can serve this delicious summer dessert with ricotta and blueberries.
