How to make
The bacon is cut into thin strips.
Grind/grate the dry spices and mix them (oregano, savory herb, mustard, black pepper, cayenne pepper, paprika, garlic) and the amount of spices is indicative - everyone decides how much to add according to their own taste.
Rub the bacon with the spices, season with salt and coat it with the oil and ketchup, which have been mixed together.
Leave the bacon to marinate for at least an hour, or overnight.
It is then grilled on well-heated charcoals.
It is served with fresh seasonal vegetables and a chilled beer.
