Ingredients

  • seafood - 1.1 lb (500 g)
  • onion - 1 onion
  • garlic - 2 cloves
  • tomatoes - 2 pcs.
  • green peppers - 1/2 pcs.
  • red peppers - 1/2 pcs.
  • fish broth - 4 cups
  • fideua - 9 oz (250 g) type of pasta
  • turmeric - 1 pinch
  • saffron - 1 pinch
  • paprika - 1 pinch
  • olive oil
  • salt

How to make

The dish is prepared in a wide, shallow paella pan. Pour some olive oil into the pan and place it on the stove.

Finely chop the onion and peppers and fry them.

Add the grated tomatoes and pressed garlic. Fry briefly, by stirring occasionally.

Add the seafood to fry on both sides.

Season with the spices, stir and pour the wine. Leave it to simmer for 15 minutes.

Add the pasta and add about 4/5 cup (200 ml) of water. If necessary, add salt.

Leave it to simmer for another 15 minutes. It should not be stirred. If the broth has evaporated and the pasta is not ready, add a little more water. Serve with lemon slices.

The Fideua with Seafood is a very tasty dish.
