Ingredients

  • flour - 1 cup
  • dark brown sugar - 2 cups
  • eggs - 3 pcs.
  • cocoa - 1.8 oz (50 g) natural
  • blackberries - 3.5 oz (100 g) fresh or frozen (or raspberries)
  • baking powder - 1 tbsp (10 g)
  • vanilla powder - 2 pcs. (0.2 g each)
  • dark chocolate - 7 oz (200 g)
  • butter - 9 oz (250 g)

How to make

Melt the chocolate and butter in a water bath or in a microwave.

Beat the eggs with the sugar, until a fluffy cream is obtained.

Mix the chocolate with the egg mixture and mix, until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.

Add the flour, which has been previously sifted with the cocoa, baking powder and vanilla.

Stir the products, until the dry mixture is completely absorbed.

Carefully pour the mixture into a rectangular cake tin, arrange the fruit on the surface, which can be raspberries for example and bake in a preheated oven at 360°F (180°C) for about 25 minutes.

We recommend that you use a rectangular cake tin with with detachable walls for easier removal of the brownie.

The brownie can be eaten slightly warm or chilled.
