How to make
For this sweet salami I used plain biscuits in two colors - cocoa and vanilla.
Break the biscuits into small pieces in a bowl and cut the dates and the almonds.
Heat the milk along with the butter, brown sugar and cocoa. Stir, until the butter and sugar have melted and the mixture becomes homogeneous, then add them into the bowl of biscuits.
Also add the sesame tahini and mix well.
Transfer the mixture for the sweet salami onto cling film and shape it with your hands.
Sprinkle with sliced almonds, wrap tightly with the cling film and refrigerate it for a few hours, so that it firms up.
The sweet salami with tahini and dates is ready.
