How to make
Roast the breadcrumbs on a dry pan, until they start turning red. Add paprika, and the flour straight after. Leave the pan on the stove for half a minute and set aside.
Whisk the eggs well along with the milk and lemon juice. Add the salt and two kinds of pepper to the flour mix.
Dip the fillet (in this case fish fillet) in the egg mix and roll it in the flour and breadcrumb mix. Deep-fry on high temperature.
If you use it for fish, you can add rosemary to the breading. If it is for chicken, add basil.
The quantity in this recipe is enough for around 15 fish fillets, or a whole, boneless chicken.
