How to make
Sift the flour with the baking powder and salt and pour them into a large bowl.
Pour a little warm water and add olive oil.
Knead a soft dough and wrap it with cling film. Set it aside for about 1 hour.
Then divide it into several equal sized balls, which you can then roll out onto a floured surface one by one into a thin crust with a wooden rolling pin.
Bake the delicious flat bread in a pan over medium heat on both sides.
If desired, you can then spread them with olive oil.
