How to make
The flour is sifted along with the baking powder.
Beat the eggs with the sugar, until they increase in volume.
Once you have beaten them, add the flour and baking powder gradually, without stopping to beat.
The white chocolate is melted in a water bath.
The melted butter is added to the melted white chocolate. Stir, until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.
Then pour the chocolate mixture over the egg mixture. Stir.
Line the baking tray, in which you will bake cake, with parchment paper.
Pour the mixture for raspberry cake on it. Arrange the raspberries on this mixture and lightly press them to the bottom.
Bake the raspberry and white chocolate cake in a preheated oven at 360°F (180°C) for about 40 minutes.
