How to make
Melt the butter in a pan or pot. Seal the steaks on both sides. Take them out and set them aside onto a plate.
Put the mushrooms in the same fat, which you have previously peeled and cut into slices. Wait for them to fry nicely.
Meanwhile, clean and chop the onion. Add it to the mushrooms. Once the onions soften, pour the white wine. Wait for the alcohol to evaporate and add the cream and steaks, which you set aside.
Season with salt and boil to the desired density and readiness of the steaks.
Add the processed cheese a few minutes before turning the heat off.
Turn the heat off and serve the turkey steaks while they're warm.
