Ingredients

  • zucchini - 2 pcs. (medium - sized)
  • eggs - 5 pcs.
  • salt
  • vegetable spice
  • white cheese - 3.5 oz (100 g) feta
  • yellow cheese - 5.3 oz (150 g)
  • fresh dill
  • oil - 2 tbsp.

How to make

Grate the zucchini, season them with salt and leave them for about 20 minutes. Drain the zucchini juice.

Crack the eggs and beat them. Add the crumbled cheese and stir.

Put the zucchini in a baking tray, drizzle oil over them and stew them in the oven, until they soften.

Drizzle them with the egg mixture, season them with vegetable seasoning and bake them, until they aquire a golden brown color.

Before it is fully cooked, sprinkle the zucchini casserole with plenty of grated yellow cheese and bake, until it melts.

Before serving, sprinkle the zucchini and cheese casserole with fresh dill.
