How to make
Clean and wash the strawberries, then blend them, by adding the sugar to them.
In a separate bowl, whip the liquid cream. Add the yoghurt and sour cream to the puffy cream.
Stir gently and add the blended strawberries along with the vanilla sugar. A homogeneous mixture should be obtained.
Transfer it into a container and place the ice cream in the freezer to freeze.
In a few hours the fruit ice cream will be ready.
