How to make

Put the water in a kettle over the heat and when it boils, add the tea leaves into it. Boil it for 3 minutes, strain it and leave the tea to cool.

Put the walnuts in a blender and grind them, but not to a smooth mixture. You should be able to still feel the pieces. 10 seconds on medium to maximum speed, depending on your blender, is enough.

Turn on the oven and preheat it to 390°F (200°C). Beat the eggs with the sugar and gradually add the oil, walnuts, black tea, cocoa, vanilla sugar, lemon juice and finally the flour sifted along with the baking powder.

Pour the mixture and flatten out in a greased and floured baking pan - 80°F (28 cm) in diameter, the amount is quite a lot.

Place it in a preheated oven and bake it for about 30-35 minutes or until it is fully baked.

Serve it with a good coffee or tea.

Enjoy!
