Ingredients

  • potatoes - 4 pcs.
  • parsnips - 1 pc.
  • celery - 1/4 head
  • celery - 1 tbsp. (leaves)
  • butter - 1 tbsp.
  • salt - 1/4 tsp.
  • black pepper - 1/4 tsp.
  • turmeric - 1/4 tsp.
  • water - 13 - 14 cups (3 L)

How to make

Peel the potatoes, the celery and parsnips and cut them into large pieces.

Pour them into the pot and pour the water. Boil, until the vegetables soften.

Then take them out of the water and place them in another container and blend them. Place the vegetable puree back into the pot and place it on the hob.

Add the butter, salt, turmeric, chopped celery leaves and black pepper. Stir and boil.

Boil the potato soup to the desired density and remove it from the heat.

Serve the cream soup hot.

The turmeric potato cream soup is ready.
