"If you dont bring us fluffy choco muffins, dont come visit us at all"

Ingredients

  • eggs - 1 pc.
  • flour - 1 full cup
  • butter - 4.4 oz (125 g)
  • milk - 1/2 cup
  • cocoa - 1 tsp.
  • sugar - 1/2 cup
  • baking powder - 2 tsp.
  • dark chocolate - 3.5 oz (100 g)

How to make

Beat the sugar and egg well with a mixer. Sift the flour, baking powder and cocoa.

Beat the milk and the melted butter.

First, mix the liquid products and then little by little add the mixture of flour and cocoa, and finally add the finely chopped chocolate.

Place the paper muffin cups into the muffin molds and pour the mixture into them, by not filling the muffin cups to the brim, because the muffins rise a lot when being baked.

The choco muffins are baked in a preheated oven at 360°F (180°C).
