How to make
Beat the eggs with the sugar into a fluffy cream.
Add water, oil, essence and vanilla. Stir.
Mix the sifted flour with the baking powder and add them to the mixture and mix again, until a smooth mixture is obtained.
Grease a round cake tin with a little butter and sprinkle it with flour.
Pour the mixture into it evenly and place the mold in a preheated oven at 340°F (170°C).
Bake it for about 40 minutes, by not opening the oven for the first 20 minutes.
