  • wheat starch - 9.5 oz (275 g), strawberry flavoring
  • baking powder - 1 and 1/2 tsp.
  • vanilla - 1/2 tsp.

How to make

The little forgotten sponge cake, perfect for your coffee break

Beat the eggs with the sugar.

Gradually add the wheat starch with strawberry flavoring, baking powder, and vanilla.

Poured into a greased and floured cake form.

Baked the cake in a preheated oven at 360°F (180 degrees) for 30 minutes (until dry).

I hadn't made this delicious sponge cake in a long time - everyone enjoyed it!
