  • pumpkin - 1.8 lb (800 g)
  • ginger - 1 tsp. (grated)
  • lemon peel - 1 pc.
  • lemon juice - 1 tbsp.
  • garlic - 1 clove
  • salt
  • black pepper

How to make

Clean the pumpkin and peel it.

Put water in a pot and add the sliced pumpkin and boil it, until it's done.

Blend the boiled pumpkin, add the grated ginger, garlic, lemon peel, lemon juice and spices of your choice and blend again.

Dilute the pumpkin cream soup with the water, in which you boiled the pumpkin, to the desired thickness.

Serve the hot pumpkin cream soup sprinkled with chili.
