How to make
Heat the milk, add the dry yeast and about 2.8 oz (80 g) of flour, until a smooth mixture is obtained.
Leave it for 15 minutes to activate.
Add the remaining products - egg white, oil, a pinch of salt and flour, until a soft and non-stick dough is obtained.
Leave it to double in volume for about 30 minutes.
Roll out the dough into a thin and round crust and cut it into triangles (12 pcs.).
In the wide part put 1 half of the Turkish delight and wrap the triangles into rolls.
Arrange them in a baking pan and leave the fluffy crescent rolls to rise.
Spread them with an egg yolk and bake the crescent rolls with Turkish delight at 360°F (180°C) for 15-20 minutes.
