  • minced meat - 1.3 lb (600 g)
  • eggs - 4
  • parsley - 5 stalks
  • savory herb - 1 tsp.
  • black pepper - 2 tsp.
  • breadcrumbs - 1 tbsp.

How to make

The minced meat is mixed with the spices, breadcrumbs and finely chopped fresh parsley. It is divided into four equal parts, from which meatballs are formed and with the help of your fingers or a spoon, nests are formed in the center.

Arrange them in a greased baking pan and crack one egg in each nest. They are baked in a preheated oven, until the minced meat aquires an appetizing color and the egg is fully fried.

If desired, you can grate some yellow cheese on each nest and place them back into the oven, just so that the yellow cheese can be baked.

Serve them warm with a side dish of your choice - french fries for example and a salad.
