  • corn semolina - 9 oz (250 g)
  • processed cheese - 3.5 oz (100 g)
  • olives - 3.5 oz (100 g)
  • black pepper - 1/2 tsp.
  • butter - 1 tbsp.

How to make

Pour water in a suitable pot, lightly salt it and put it on the hob.

Once the water has boiled, add the semolina, the butter, while stirring with a wooden spoon for 2-3 minutes, add the sliced cheese and chopped olives and black pepper.

Continue to stir for another 2 minutes and then the kachamak is poured into a baking pan, it is leveled out and once it cools, it is cut into pieces.
